Born in 1987 in Jerusalem. Yair is a writer who has had three books published. In his book, he incorporated videos that were available to the reader through the option of scanning a QR code. His student film The Messenger was part of the documentary film project Footsteps in Jerusalem, a tribute to David Perlov, screened worldwide in December 2013. After winning the Israeli competition, he participated in the 48 Hour Film Project in Los Angeles. He began his studies at the Sam Spiegel Film and TV School, Jerusalem in 2012. The Arrest is his debut film.
