Barbie and the Diamond Castle (2008)

English This is the third original musical that came out over a short time, but it still wasn’t better than Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper. Also, this country style doesn't seem particularly fitting. Interestingly, Teresa made her debut in the film and her happy return celebrated my favorite framework narrative. I'm satisfied with it, but I like the other films in the series better.

Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses (2006)

English This Brothers Grimm fairy tale is not very well known in the Czech Republic, but it is all the more pleasing to see it approached with the help of prima ballerina Maria Kowroski. It’s a great return to ballet in a film story with Barbie and once again features a collaboration with the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. Perfect.

Barbie and the Magic of Pegasus 3-D (2005)

English It’s Barbie in 3D for the first time! Genre-wise, it’s closest to classic fantasy with an imaginative quest, brought to life by individual 3D scenes. The clever marketing move followed up a successful previous year with the first musical Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper and proceeded to officially split the film series into the classic pre-Christmas films and the fairy-world specials that await audiences each spring. The only thing that ruined this season was the parasitic movies My Scene and an embarrassing attempt to update Barbie for high school in Barbie Diaries. Fortunately, the next decade didn’t have any such mistakes.

Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper (2004)

English Yes, even Mark Twain's 1881 classic can be made into a girls’ musical. :) It’s got brilliant music (also released on a separate CD) and is definitely the best Barbie movie ever. In Swan Lake, the first trilogy was concluded with a coherent framework narrative, and now we're right in the middle of a fairy tale and that is certainly not a bad thing. I also played the game of the same name with my niece on PC and this world truly suits Barbie. Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper simply does not have any flaws.

Barbie of Swan Lake (2003)

English Similar to The Nutcracker, Swan Lake in the version starring Barbie is also a great experience that can gently guide the youngest viewers to the classic study of the ballet by P. I. Tchaikovsky. It is tasteful and pleasant work.

Barbie in the Nutcracker (2001)

English Fortunately, the modern history of Barbie films goes back beyond the first attempts of the 1980s and 1990s and begins with this magical variation on P.I. Tchaikovsky's classic ballet "The Nutcracker" based on "The Nutcracker and The Mouse King" by E. T.A. Hoffmann. It has an interesting framework narrative with lessons to be learned, and it is also of course the ideal first step to building an empire with the film face of the Barbie doll. Here she acts as Clara, the Sugar Plum Fairy Princess, and as herself. She tells the entire story to her little sister Shelley, and thanks to their ballet lesson, there’s now an opportunity for a full Christmas story. Personally, I was hesitant after my first viewing of it, but with my gradual knowledge of all the films, I can’t help but rate it as excellent. The most magical of experiences are brought to you by classical music with NY Ballet's prima ballerina Maria Kowroski.

The Last Legion (2007)

English This film is perfectly fine as an adventure co-production with many interesting faces. However, the point of the film is quite bold. Moreover, this is the fourth English-language film with Aish Rai Bachchan and it is also the love of Xenaverse director Doug Lefler. And that’s not even mentioning the John Hannah connection.

Provoked: A True Story (2006)

English It’s a smoothly told story without the slightest hiccup, and it’s based on a true story. Such films always elevate the message and spread awareness about the issue. It was very useful to connect Aishwarya with Kiranjit because otherwise, the film wouldn't have received so much attention. Yet why should it come as a surprise that Aishwarya is an accomplished actress? She has proven her quality many times in many different genres and continues to do so. The great Miranda Richardson did her part too and I can only add my humble wish, which is to accept the film as a possible alarm and not underestimate its reach. The fact that only a good upbringing can prevent similar problems is indisputable. After repeated viewings, I’m giving it the final star because the strongest moments continue to work and the whole automatically provokes fruitful discussion.

The Mistress of Spices (2005)

English This film is less wild than Bride and Prejudice. That's probably why I liked it a bit better. In terms of the competition of English language films with Aishwarya, The Mistress of Spices holds up well. It makes its way brilliantly into the Anglo-American provenance. Another positive side effect for me is that I am aware of the strengthening of my own love of spices. :)
