A worm-like parasite named Aylmer latches into Brian's (Rick Herbst) neck and offers to inject his brain with a hallucinogenic fluid, giving him pleasurable psychedelic experiences. Considering that this is a film where the murderous villain is a talking worm with funny mouth and eyes, I surprisingly liked Brain Damage. You can take it as a nicely perverted comedy, but also as horror, because the story is not so funny. ()
