Biography
Born 1981 in Tartu, USSR. In 2008, Randla, both director and screenwriter, graduated from the Aalto ELO Film School in Helsinki, Finland, in addition to which he holds two further degrees in directing. His award-winning short films have been screened at numerous film festivals. Currently he is working on his feature film debut.
