Wen Ren is a Chinese American Filmmaker born in the beautiful city of Hangzhou, China. Wen lived a sporadic life in China, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, and now California. He picked up the camera at the age of 13 and never gave it up since. He graduated from LAFilm School with Honors and went on to create films, music videos, commercials, and documentaries that are both festival recognized and internationally broadcasted in countries like China, Taiwan, and the United States.
He has participated at dozens of film festivals, has his work broadcasting on international TV channels, and featured on MovieMaker Magazine in 2009, China Daily Newspaper, and LA18 TV. He has done an array of projects tackling social issues like suicide, child abuse, addiction, education, HIV awareness, drunk driving, environment, and disaster relief. He thrives to work on projects that entertains the soul, captures the heart, and changes the mind. With talent in his left hand, determination in the right, and goals and ideas in mind, he looks forward to new collaborations.
