Jack Marchetti is a software developer for an interactive ad agency in Chicago, IL. Diagnosed with a rare retinal disease at an early age with a prognosis of blindness, he wanted to make a film about his love of music and technology. The Evolution of a Gen-X Music Purchaser is his directorial debut.
He's written several feature length screenplays of which many have been optioned or placed highly in competitions such as Project Greenlight. His plans are to make films while he still has the ability to see them starting with a crime drama with a modern technology flair titled Dead Peasants. He currently resides in Riverside, IL just outside Chicago with his fiancé Erin and cat named Jax.
