KENT MONKMAN was born in St. Marys, Ontario. He is a multidisciplinary artist whose work has been exhibited internationally. His shorts include A Nation is Coming (96), Shooting Geronimo (07), which played the Festival, Mary (11), and Casualties of Modernity (15).
