Biography

Louise Lovegrove was born in Manchester, UK and studied business management and cinema studies at the University of Manchester. Louise first started working in production in 1998 on independent films in Los Angeles. Louise then returned to school to study film producing at the University of London, where she earned a Masters Degree, and has subsequently taught filmmaking at the New York Film Academy in London.

Louise has worked in independent film production in New York, as a line producer for films such as Padre Nuestro, as a production manager, on films such as Cold Souls (starring Paul Giamatti, David Strathairn and Emily Watson, How to Lose Friends and Alienate People (starring Jeff Bridges, Simon Pegg and Kirsten Dunst) and The Cake Eaters (directed by Mary Stuart Masterson and starring Bruce Dern), and as a second assistant director on over a dozen independent productions.
