Biography
Kai Pannen (1961) is an illustrator, animator and director from Germany. He studied painting and film in Cologne. He's primarily involved in book illustration. He directed the short animated children's films Tally ho, Pancake! (Komm essen, Pfannkuchen, 2009), Olga (2011) and Silence! For Pete's Sake! (Ruhe.Zum Donnerwetternocheinmal!, 2015). He's also taught animation at the Hamburg School of Animation.
