Biography
Neil Young is an artist who makes moving images, sounds and performances. His work has been screened at Ann Arbor Film Festival and Vox Populi. In collaborations, he has performed at e.g. ICA Boston, Far Off Köln, and EMPAC. In 2017, he was awarded the Massachusetts Cultural Council Fellowship for his films. Milford Graves Full Mantis (2018), world premiere at IFFR, is his debut film, a co-direction with Jake Meginsky.
