Marnie Ellen Hertzler is a video artist, animator, and filmmaker living and working in Baltimore, Maryland. Her work often explores a multi-media approach to film distribution and has utilized live performances and web design. Her films have screened internationally at such venues as Ann Arbor Film Festival, New Orleans Film Festival and Glasgow Short Film Festival.
