Mexican director graduated from the Film School of the University of Guadalajara, founder of the production company Cobra Films. He has directed, produced and photographed documentaries, series, films, short films and commercials. The documentary film Voces del Subterráneo won the award for Best Film at the International Human Rights Film Festival. Three times nominated for a Latin Grammy for his documentaries and winner of the Golden Dolphin at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, the Silver Chris at the Columbus International Film Festival and several other awards for his advertising productions. His features Chivas the Movie, Cigüeñas and the co-production Los Años Azules have been at important festivals receiving awards as FIPRESCI and The Best Documentary at the Latino Film Market in NY. In 2021, he premiered Chivas, el Rebaño Sagrado on Amazon Prime, a series made in co-production with Film 45.
