Biography
Jacob Thuesen had his feature film debut in 2005 with the critically acclaimed and award winning ACCUSED which was selected for Competition at the Berlin Film Festival. Later that year Thuesen won the Fassbinder Prize at the European Film Awards for most promising talent in directing. Thuesen also wrote and directed the award winning documentaries UNDER NEW YORK (1996) and FREEWAY(2005). Thuesen graduated from the National Danish Film School as Film Editor in 1991 and has collaborated with Susanne Bier, Lars von Trier and Tomas Gislason among others.
