Biography
Lourens Blok (1978) is a Dutch film director. He graduated from the Netherlands Film and Television Academy in Amsterdam with the film Love, Death & Air Guitar (Liefde, Dood & Luchtgitaar, 2006). His feature debut was the successful family film The Seven of Daran: The Battle of Pareo Rock (2008). Of his other works we'll mention the dramas Freshers (Feuten het Feestje, 2013) and A Christmoose Story (Midden in De Winternacht, 2013). The director also films TV series and movies.
