Biography
Ulf Greber was first and foremost a cinematographer, earning great respect for his work on great Norwegian classics such as Gjest Baardsen (1939), Tante Pose (1940) and Trysil-Knut (1942). He made his directorial debut with the documentary Det gror mellom steinene in 1948, before serving as technical director on Arne Skouen's classic (feature) film Street Urchins in 1948.
