Biography
After completing her film studies in Montreal, Quebec filmmaker Geneviève Albert first turned to documentary filmmaking and sound recording. In 2008, she made her first short, Will you be home tonight?, followed by The Crossing the Living Room in 2011 that were selected in many international film festivals. In 2012, she moved to Los Angeles to join Le Cirque du Soleil where she performed a role in the production IRIS. Moving back to Montreal in 2014, she devoted herself to cinema once again and began to write her first feature film Noemie dit oui that she directs.
