Biography
Viktor Portel studies the Documentary Film Department of FAMU. As a director, cinematographer and project manager, he collaborates with NGOs and not-for-profit organisations such as CEE Bankwatch, Environmental Law Service, Agency for Social Inclusion, Green Circle and Forum 2000. His work draws attention to the vices of Czech and looks for ways how to generalize the concreteness of human lives.
