Biography
Milka is Oaxacan at heart, cultural manager and PR for various film and cultural festivals, and founder and general director of the Festival de Cine y Comedia, 24 Risas por Segundo (24 Laughs per Second). She has been a producer of several short films, as well as executive producer of the feature films 90 días para el dos de julio (90 days to Election Day) and Apenas Primavera.
