Tatjana Turanskyj

Studied literature, theater and sociology. In 1999 she began her work as an artist in performance and film. In 2001, she founded the performance film collective "Hangover Ltd." along with other female artists. In 2014, she co-founded the ProQuote Regie initiative, an association of women directors. As a director, teacher and activist, she fought against a film founding system that crushes the creativity of women torn between emancipation and the pressure to adapt.
