If it wasn't so terribly naive, it would be a great B-movie that doesn't pretend to be anything. It's really cheap, and I really liked that about it. Simple tricks, a simple story, simple acting performances, but all of that gives it an interesting charm, just like the attempt at depth, which is a bit funny. I was still quite entertained. ()
