Lights and Shadows

Lights and Shadows is about Argentine cinemas, those spaces in which we see films collectively. It is a melancholy-free journey through the theaters that are still operational and the ones that have been transformed. And also through the ones that only exist in collective memory, or some archive footage. Through a journey of voices, sounds and images –both contemporary and from the past– this film depicts that continuous present that takes places at every theater when a film projection begins.
