After Cédric who is in his 40s gets fired from work for his chauvinism, he decides to embark on the path of self-betterment and write a book about his past transgressions. However at home, he must deal with his girlfriend, his relentlessly crying baby and a new voluptuous and freethinking babysitter who turns the household upside down.
