The Realm of God

Neimar lives in a small town, he is 8 years old and looking forward to receiving his first communion since his grandma promised him that on that day, he will be closer to God and perhaps meet him. In the meantime his life goes by quietly between taking care of racehorses, which he loves; hanging out at cross roads, asking for money and selling his mom’s tamales on the weekends helped by his best friend, Demi. All this ease and comfort around him changes suddenly. In a heartbeat, his life is full of uncertainties that will make him reconsider his relations and living environment.
