After the controversy surrounding their last album, YACHT decided to approach their music from a new perspective. Their new album is entirely under the baton of artificial intelligence. The extraordinary documentary about one musical experiment touches upon very current topics. YACHT entrusted the entire process of creating their new album into the hands of cutting-edge neural networks while the group itself plays second fiddle. In the course of the project, they encounter unexpected obstacles, which lead us to two questions: How does machine learning impact our approach to art and what is the role of humans in a world where music becomes just another algorithm?
