Plots(1)
Ryo Seaba is the man people call when they have a problem the police can't handle. Better known to the masses as City Hunter, Ryo is an expert marksman and detective, and a ladies' man to boot. In short, Ryo knows how to make things happen. Keeping the streets of Shinjuku safe from the unsavory criminal element, City Hunter takes his assignments straight from the people, who know that if they post their plea for help on the board at Shinjuku Station, City Hunter will most likely be on the case.
