Robert Sacchi stars as Inspector Pontaine. Pontaine is investigating a seemingly open-and-shut case of a prostitute's murder, with the prime suspect a small-time jewel thief named Antoine Gottvalles (Pietro Martellanza). Gottvalles is convicted and sentenced to death, but vows to revenge his wrongful execution from beyond the grave. When others who were present at the brothel start to get picked off, it seems he is making good on his curse. (official distributor synopsis)

"Casa d'appuntamento" is such a giallo that is not particularly interesting, even in the field of this genre, which cannot be easily spoiled. It is just a weakness. Beautiful women are simply not everything because the creators were unable to handle even the slightly erotic scenes, which are awkward. Several fairly interesting ideas cannot save it, they are only used for short scenes that quickly pass by (severed head, eye surgery, etc.).
