In the early 1990s, Copenhagen was on the verge of bankruptcy, but the Danish capital faced its challenges by pushing through a series of wide-ranging reforms, and today it’s widely recognized as one of the world’s most livable cities. This thought-provoking documentary asks whether Copenhagen has become a victim of its own success, for while the city has shot to the top of prestigious rankings, social inequality has run rampant.
