Many people consider animal cruelty to be a modern phenomenon. But many practices from the past have been forgotten and this disturbing film introduces one of them. In 17th-century Europe, there was an aristocratic pastime called ‘fox tossing’. This animated short aims to present the hedonistic life of the people of a palace, in which foxes participate as playthings sentenced to death. (Anifilm)
