Plots(1)

A phone that vibrates nonstop, a message drowned in tears; from the beginning, not only the thunder announces that Renata’s arrival will be the arrival of a storm. Virginia’s quiet life - or perhaps one stagnated like the water from the backyard pool, which fizzes every night for no apparent reason - is shaken by her sister’s visit. But that commotion is not so much an explosion as it is a droplet that, little by little, pierces the present. This triggers the surfacing of an accident’s consequences, unresolvable trauma, wounds, but also affection. (Mar del Plata International Film Festival)
