English I liked this film the first time I saw it a few years ago, and nothing has changed even after all these years. The story is greatly simplified, and the large leaps result in some emotional scenes not resonating as well or coming across as too forced. However, it remains a beautiful example of what love and human/robotic determination can look like. People get to decide who a person is. Do they even have the competence to do that? ()
