Plots(1)
Carole Lombard and James Stewart star in this full-tilt, comedy-drama that highlights the ups and downs of married life. Lombard and Stewart play newlyweds Jane and John Mason - a couple madly in-love that married after a whirlwind romance. Because of their brief courtship, the couple faces severe disapproval from John's overbearing, live-in mother; and his boss, disappointed that John didn't marry his own daughter, slams the door of opportunity in John's face. Sinking in debt and saddled with the added financial burden of a new baby, the Mason's marital bond is put to the test. And finally, when their newborn son is stricken with a deadly case of pneumonia, John and Jane must pull together to make it through the emotional and financial toll it causes. Through it all, the Mason's love remains steadfast, proving to all that they are truly, Made for Each Other. (Echo Bridge Entertainment)
