"Howling: New Moon Rising" is the worst of the entire series. But that's good because there's nowhere else to fall. This is rock bottom, which could be further deepened by the absence of a musical accompaniment that would stir you up a bit, but otherwise, this is suffering that viewers don't deserve, and neither does this series, which started so great. Horror, simply horror.
