Péter tries to make a film on "Swan-Lake". At the weekend, shooting stops and the staff goes home. Péter leaves for home with his wife, Judit, but as he catches sight of a girl at the station, he cannot resist the temptation and gets off the train. Péter, Judit II and Oborzil, the old actor spend the weekend together at the location of the shooting, among the unused, monumental scenery. Péter wants to deprive Oborzil of the magician's role, but the old man commits everything to prove his suitability. Judit II is pregnant, but she is not willing to marry her fiancée. Péter's mother drops in as well. She also has her own little problems which contribute to the chaos. Péter protects himself by bad acting, even though the only thing he yearns for is a little peace and love - just like the others. Four uncertain people circulate around each other, the night-watch is watching them comprehendingly and on the top of everything, Péter's real wife pops in. After the weekend, the staff arrives again, everybody accepts his or her role and the shooting continues. (official distributor synopsis)
