Reviews (1)
A missed opportunity for an impressive romance. Richard Gere has charisma and Winona Ryder has those beautiful doe eyes, but neither is enough here. The characters act logically and fatally lack depth, or any doubts whatsoever. After all, they both could have had so many questions and problems that it is literally disgraceful how their entire shared time slips away. Moreover, the screenwriter opted for an ending that does not fit with the previous development and thereby definitively buried the film. ()
