Already in the early days, Christopher Nolan showed an incredible directorial style, and this depressing short is proof of that; imaginative and decently plotted. ()
Christopher Nolan's first film, which certainly doesn't showcase his genius, but it does show the direction he wants to go - toward the human psyche, but in an epic and expansive way. This is only good in its special effects considering it's a student film. The point is to be expected, but it is captured perfectly. ()
