Plots(1)

A woman spy arrives in Budapest to get the plans of an anti-aircraft cannon. She performs as a dancer in a bar, Arizona's, under the name of Machita, a world famous artist. To get the plans, she has to befriend three men. She first wins favours with Kovács, a chief engineer, then approaches Török, a works manager given to drinking. Both men fall in love with the beautiful spy, so she has no problem in getting what she wants. Szávody György, the director, is, it appears, more of a problem, as emotions, which are very strong in this case, seem to be reciprocal. Police are on their way to catch the spy. Szávody, although informed of the woman's real identity and asked by the police to stick by the woman, is on his way accompanying Machita to the frontier. On the way they are confronted by the spies. Machita refuses to give them the plans she stole from Szávody. Both she and Szávody are wounded. She dies in Szávody's arms. (official distributor synopsis)
