The two outermost flats of the two-storey luxury houses built near new housing estates are connected by mysteries. Herendi is fired by his new manager. Due to their pressing house loan debts his wife Margó enters the fast food business with manoeuvres based on sex. Out of protest, Erna, their daughter, lies on her back in the garden, as if dead. The neighbour in the opposite house came to Hungary as a Soviet soldier in 1982, with an orphan saved from the Afghan war, called Oroszka, who has become a drug-dealer by now. Herendi becomes involved with Erna's friend Szilvia. He blackmails the manager and wants to run away with the money and with Szilvia. Instead of him it is Erna who departs with the money and Oroszka for Scandinavia. On learning that Szilvia is his daughter, Herendi commits suicide. (HungariCom)
