Admidst blooming trees Henry Wald, a poor young poet meets the celebrated and rich Lea. The poet succeeds in awakening the interest of Lea; she hates her friend Moore. A yearning desire unknown till now seizes upon her, the desire for purification, she would begin a new life. She becomes the sweetheart of the young man. When Henry learns that Lea was the sweetheart of the millionaire. He will kill himself, but Lea beats the revolver out of his hand; the ball hits Moore and wounds him very severely. At last Moore renounce Lea, who runs quite happy to Henry, but she finds the poet in the company of Vivian, an enchanting girl. (official distributor synopsis)
