The Gods on the Olympus find that something is wrong with love. They therefore tell Cupid to put a marriage in order again, proving thereby his suitability. Török István and his wife, Erzsike, celebrate their second marriage anniversary exhaustibly. Cupid intervenes. On this day, István intends to leave and his wife comes to the railway station to see him off. The jack-in-all-pots Korom Bertalan takes the couple's passionate kiss at departure for a sign of a budding relationship, and offers them his home. The husband leaves for a business trip, but he only has love on his mind. He bumps into his wife, and persuades her to participate in the game. They pretend to be just lovers. When Imre's affair is met with public outrage at the research institution, the couple discloses their identity. The Gods may find inner peace again. (official distributor synopsis)
