Come September

Wealthy Robert Talbot enjoys a comfortable life, including a month's vacation every September at his luxurious Italian villa. But one year he decides to visit his second home in July, instead. Little does Talbot knows, his sneaky business associate Maurice has turned his villa into a hotel for eleven months of the year and is making a killing.
