English The final showdown is absolutely fantastic, with great choreography, and even though it's very long, it definitely doesn't lose its intensity. Takashi Miike is an incredible madman and he is not afraid of challenges. And that's a good thing because it just works for him. Yes, it's quite similar to the first film, but it didn't manage to pull me in as well as the second one. Miike is just an insane genius and I love it. ()

English A disappointment? Not for me. Yes, it's slightly worse than number one, but only by a tiny inch. The music, the fights, the people – they're all there. And they still have their qualities. The only thing that bothered me was that I didn't get a good look at some of the fights, probably muddled by the camera, but otherwise? It's still an adrenaline-fueled movie for me, and it knows how to turn it up a notch. Nice to see everyone bathed in blood. Plus, I like the way the men settle their scores, how all it takes is a fight to seal a friendship, to solve a problem. "There's nothing wrong with being a crow. When you compare it to the poor birds in the cage who forgot to fly, Crows are much better. Being a Crow is good enough for me." The first and last song, the same song, suki desu! :-) ()
