A sinister plague has swept the earth, transforming mankind into a new breed of creatures that have vampire-like tendencies. Every human has been infected - with the exception of one man: scientist Robert Morgan (Vincent Price), who is immune to the virus. Because of this, he is the last hope of preserving humanity.
