Miklós Akli

The hero of the story that takes place at the beginning of the nineteenth century and recalls real historical personages is Akli Miklós, the court jester of Emperor Ferenc. The true heroes, however, are politics, what's more, power politics and privacy poisoned by them. First the romantic love which emerged between Akli and the Emperor's ward, daughter of an innocent victim of the murderous attempt against the Emperor, Colonel Kovács cannot be fulfilled due to political reasons, then just for the same reason they have to marry urgently in order to stop further plotting.
