The series version of The Client List is proving to be the best thing Jennifer Love Hewitt fans could have asked for after Ghost Whisperer ended. The original 2010 film is not a pilot in the true sense, but it defined the basic situation that the series continues to deal with. Samantha Horton became Riley Parks, but her mother is still Cybill Shepherd. Jennifer Love Hewitt's family background has also changed, and the nature of Jennifer Love Hewitt’s character has also partly changed. The trailers took advantage not only of the sexy Jennifer Love Hewitt in the lead role but also of her indomitable sex appeal.
