English Park Ha and the crown prince are for me one of the most beautiful couples I've ever seen in Korean TV shows. Both characters have wonderfully fleshed out personalities that make them impossible not to love. I had never seen Micky act before, but I'm afraid no one else could top him for this role. I already knew Han Ji Min, but it wasn't until here that she seemed completely open to me. The prince's companions were a nice change of pace, especially in the early episodes. Later on, they were more for headcount, but still in ideal doses. The hell on earth for our heroes was served up by two characters that the creators really went all out on. But I can't say who was worse, him or her. Another huge positive is the wonderful soundtrack, which plays a very important role in Korean TV series. As my review suggests, I'm thrilled. 5 stars. ()

English The first couple of episodes were really perfect, even the very beginning moved me – the little one was so cute. An interesting idea too; but I was expecting in the present that our crown prince would care more about who killed his queen. It ultimately just turned a simple romance, albeit with a lot of storms and furious thunder in the background. It was the storm of evil that really bothered me about this series. I was really irritated when the evil kept getting the upper hand, and it dragged on until the last episodes. I thought it was too much. Too overcombined; it spoiled the good taste, made us bitter. There was so much buildup, you wondered how the hell they were going to resolve it, and then suddenly it all fizzled and disappeared. In the end we find out everything we wanted to know, but it's not worth it. The king and Park-ha were a cute couple, thumbs up. The king's sidekicks were shoehorned in as a comic background and occasionally came to the rescue – their roles did what they were supposed to. Not a bad series, but there are better ones. What got off to a good start at the beginning sank under the weight of all the lies until I couldn't stand to watch. It's just that you want to know how this is going to end, knowing that the king has to come home eventually... Yeah, and the ending was pure fan service. It rang a bit hollow for me. Still, a better 3 stars. ()
