Levantamuertos

Levantamuertos is a black comedy that takes place during a summer in Mexicali. Ivan works picking up bodies. His every-day contact with death has made him a solitary person. Throughout the film, Ivan makes several decisions to have company. First, he goes along with the wild desires of Rosa. Later, he gets tricked into adopting a pig. At a time when his life turns absurd, he must find himself; beyond death and the unbearable heat. (Monterrey International Film Festival)
