In 2013, more people were out of work in the Czech Republic that at any other time in modern history – nearly 600,000 unemployed, mostly women. Documentary filmmaker Veronika Sobková spent several months following six of them. Will Ludmila, Katka, Bára, Martina, Soňa and Šárka find work in regions where there isn't any?
This eight-part documentary series explores the difficult social situation in regions with the highest level of unemployment through the story of women who have not given up.
