Anders Forsdahl (1930–2006) worked as a district doctor in South Varanger from 1962 to 1973 snd, later, as a researcher and professor at the University of Tromsø. He investigated the reasons for the high mortality in Finnmark, and he was the first one to prove that poor living conditions can cause high mortality in later life. His former patients from the Kven villages of Bygøynes and Pasvik reminisce about their doctor. (Skábmagovat-elokuvajuhla)
