Right to the Land and the Water, The

Traditional, local knowledge meets formalized opinions on legislation and public regulations of the use of land and water. The film is based on interviews with people who are affected by and have opinions about the Finnmark Act in Northern Norway: managers, lawyers, politicians, historians, activists, artists and users.
