English An interesting film that I'm not sure whether to think it's brilliant or just so silly that it looks brilliant. Steve Coogan is absolutely captivating in the role of Tony Wilson, which is further underscored by the period and the way information about the burgeoning of Manchester and its music scene in the late 1970s is presented.
